April 2026 start date Our client school require a passionate teaching assistant to support a number of students identified as having SEN or SEMH. You will work closely with the SENCO to design and implement individual learning plans, as well as leading one-to-one interventions to target key areas of development. It is important that you can build rapport and positive working relationships with students to encourage learning and progress.
