What youll be doing As UX/UI Designer, youll be central to shaping user-centred digital experiences. Youll work across the full design lifecycle from research through to prototyping and delivery. Youll collaborate with clients, developers and strategists to understand user needs and translate insights into intuitive, elegant interfaces. With experience across process-driven User Experience Design as well as high-fidelity user interface design, youll map user journeys and design wireframes and prototypes across a range of projects. Youll design branded visuals and contribute to design systems that scale across platforms. This role is varied and hands-on. Youll be involved in everything from user research and accessibility improvements to supporting pitches. Youll be part of a team that values openness, inclusion and continual learning. What experience youll need to apply Proven experience applying user-centred design principles. Strong UX design skills including wireframing, prototyping and journey mapping. Solid understanding of user research methods qualitative and quantitative. Experience working in Agile environments. Ability to balance user needs with business and stakeholder goals. Comfortable working across branding and UI. Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or similar. Bonus: experience with CRO, A/B testing, or working with data and trends.
