* Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
Experience
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
* Previous experience in a teaching role is highly desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
