Whats on offer: Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hybrid working model 1 day from home, 4 days in the community Monday to Friday hours (9am5pm) no evenings, nights or weekends 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Private pension scheme Company laptop and mobile phone Pool car or travel card for community visits Mileage reimbursement at £0.45 per mile Robust training and development programme Key responsibilities Adult Nurse Manager: Develop and oversee tailored care plans that reflect each clients unique needs Provide clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management Train, mentor and supervise a team of carers to ensure delivery of safe, person-centred care Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care packages What we're looking for: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support within the last 2 years Leadership qualities and team management experience (suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A full UK driving licence is desirable, though not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated nurse looking to step into a leadership role as an Adult Nurse Manager.
