Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and enhancements.
* Lead the configuration each mid-year and year-end performance cycle
* Provide support in system and cycle based communications and reporting
* Maintain, review, and revise HR Performance Processes with global mindset
* Lead, design, and implement HR Performance System (viaPeople) functionality with the support of IT or the vendor
* Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance processes, functionality, and/or workflow
* Gather business requirements and design reporting and dashboard solutions within the performance system (viaPeople) in collaboration with HR and the lines of business.
* Review day-to-day emails/ServiceNow Cases and reply to process questions and system issues.
* Create and maintain business process documentation
* Stay abreast of new functionalities, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across various systems.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain security protocols.
Key attributes / requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, HR Systems management or related field.
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience working with Performance/HRIS systems and system integrations.
* Proven project management capabilities, including experience running multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines and an ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritization, time pressures and adhere to deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
