Job Description
* SEN Teaching Assistant required in Chelmsford supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs
* SEN Teaching Assistant: 8:30am-4:30pm in Chelmsford
* Pay: £120-£150 per day
Role responsibilities:
* SEN Teaching Assistant allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)
* SEN Teaching Assistant to build trust, consistency, and positive routines
* SEN Teaching Assistant to support emotional regulation and behaviour management
* SEN Teaching Assistant to encourage engagement in education and personal development
* SEN Teaching Assistant to act as a positive role model
