About the role
We are currently recruiting an Outlet Manager responsible for the seamless front‑of‑house operations of the Founders Kitchen on campus. The role requires managing and motivating a team, ensuring inspirational customer service, driving and increasing sales, and controlling costs. The position will require some evening and weekend work; time off in lieu will be provided accordingly. Comprehensive training will be provided to support a first‑class customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations and staff performance.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
* Drive sales growth while managing cost controls.
* Motivate and develop the kitchen team.
* Arrange evening and weekend coverage as required.
