Job: Store Crew


Location: Hereford


Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (4 hours- weekends)

Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.


Role Responsibilities

1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
2. Provide excellent service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
5. Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
6. Stay updated on company promotions and activities.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience

1. Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Positive attitude and initiative.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
