Job Summary: Care Worker

We are currently seeking a Care Worker to join our dedicated team and provide essential support to vulnerable adults in a residential or community setting.
This is an ideal role for individuals starting their journey in social care or looking to make a difference without formal qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
* Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
* Promote independent living through day-to-day support and encouragement
* Provide emotional and social support, including companionship and helping service users maintain hobbies and routines
* Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
* Monitor well-being and promptly report any concerns to senior staff
* Keep accurate records of care delivered and contribute to team meetings and care reviews
* Work respectfully and professionally, promoting the dignity, privacy, and independence of those in care
