Your new role
To support the smooth operation of the technical services team by delivering efficient administrative and repairs support, contributing to a high-quality, customer-focused asset management service.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the technical services team.
* Manage and maintain the asset management system, assisting staff with logging and tracking work orders.
* Monitor and report on landlord health and safety compliance.
* Coordinate with staff and contractors to ensure timely completion and documentation of remedial works.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data records.
* Act as the first point of contact for the term contractor regarding work orders.
* Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the technical services team.
