About The Role
The Registered Manager is responsible for setting the culture of the service and ensuring that everyone within it embodies our organisational values in line with the company ethos. They will also take responsibility for all aspects of the management of the service in accordance with organisational expectations and regulatory requirements such as CQC, CSSIW, and CI, as well as local commissioning bodies. Additionally, the manager will be accountable for registering the service with the appropriate regulatory body.

Position Details
* Position: CQC Registered Service Manager
* Location: SA19 7TG
* Job Type: Full-time, permanent
* Working Hours: Core hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday. May require spot checks outside these hours to meet registration requirements (40 hours per week).

About You
You should have experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism, managing a team to deliver excellent care. Knowledge of regulations and experience leading a large residential service are essential. The following experience is also required:
* CQC Registration
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or studying towards it
* Experience at deputy manager level or higher

About The Service
We provide person-centred support 24 hours a day within a community-based residential home. Maesteilo is a large site with 29 acres, featuring a mansion-style house and self-contained cottages in the Welsh countryside. We currently support 16 adults with disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and pica.
