We are currently recruiting for a Retrofit Construction Project Manager to join a growing design & build consultancy delivering low‑carbon retrofit projects across the UK.
This is a key role focused on the delivery of PAS 2035 compliant domestic retrofit schemes, supporting projects across social housing, private residential and mixed‑tenure portfolios.
Responsibilities
* Deliver domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035
* Manage projects from design through to installation and handover
* Coordinate Retrofit Coordinators, designers and installers
* Oversee quality assurance, compliance and audit readiness
* Manage programme, budgets and contractor performance
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance across live sites
* Handle resident liaison and stakeholder engagement
* Manage snagging and post‑installation works
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects
* Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and PAS 2030
* Experience working with low‑carbon technologies (ASHP, PV, ventilation etc.)
* Experience working in occupied properties
* Strong project management and stakeholder skills
* Full UK driving licence
