Location: Hybrid – Brentwood, NY (2 days/week onsite, rest remote)
Duration: 12 months with Possibility for Extension or Conversion to Permanent
Overview
* We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide client-facing support and internal team assistance. This hybrid role involves client communication, data reporting, and supporting print, logo, and material requests.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls
* Act as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needs
* Coordinate with internal teams for material quantities
* Submit Host/Post, DDS, and other print-related requests
* Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to IMSOL
* Assist with APD/CPD updates and print logo requests
* Generate and analyze reports using Excel
* Handle ad hoc projects and department support as assigned
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of client services experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
* Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communications
* Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
