Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-regarded Primary SEMH School in Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. The Role As a Teaching Assistant in this setting, you will support pupils on both a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and develop confidence. Many pupils in this school have experienced adverse childhood experiences or challenges with mainstream education, and your consistency and empathy will play a vital role in helping them thrive. You will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and the wider pastoral team to provide structure, encouragement, and individualised support throughout the school day.
