Base: Sheffield
Salary: £40,000 plus car allowance and performance related bonus structure.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with good ER experience. Our Client has multiple sites which require visits as and when required.
Working from home and attending meetings when needed. Areas to be covered as listed above.
Clean Driving license is required and use of your own car (Allowance as above)
Strong IT skills are required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting the Regional HR Manager and local management in the provision of Operational HR support to various locations within the region.
2. Advising managers on HR-related issues including the interpretation of Company policies and procedures and employee terms and conditions of employment.
3. Attending Disciplinary & Grievance meetings, giving advice to Disciplining Manager when needed.
4. Carrying out HR related training to sites.
