Offer description

As a Customer Success Manager at Cadspec, you'll be the trusted advisor for our customers using Autodesk CAD/CAM software. Driving retention, renewals, adoption, and growth. You'll ensure customers gain full value from Cadspec's support, training, and consultancy services, while uncovering opportunities to expand relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Salary

£23,300 per annum with an OTE of £30,000.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5:15 pm

Friday 9 am to 5 pm

[Lunch allowance = 1 hour each day]

Job responsibilities

· Drive renewals and retention by showcasing ongoing value of Cadspec support and services.

· Support onboarding and training to ensure customer adoption of Autodesk tools and workflows.

· Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and strategic guidance.

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software, training, and consultancy.

· Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Training teams to deliver customer outcomes.

· Lead regular customer reviews and success planning meetings.

· Represent customer feedback to improve Cadspec's services and Autodesk alignment.

Personal qualities

· Preferred but not essential - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (ideally software/SaaS/CAD/BIM).

· Track record in renewals, multi-site accounts, and account growth.

· Background in Manufacturing desirable.

· Strong commercial acumen with upselling and growth experience.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Organised, analytical, and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
