What You’ll Be Doing
1. Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs.
2. Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
4. Support pupils withmunication, sensory, and emotional needs.
5. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For
6. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
9. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage—but not essential!
