NHS Highland Estates Department requires a Maintenance Supervisor with an Electrical bias, based at Cowal Community Hospital, Dunoon. Applicants should have relevant trades qualifications and significant maintenance experience.
Familiarity with computerised maintenance systems is desirable. A flexible approach and willingness to travel across Argyll & Bute HSCP, including overnight stays, are essential.
The successful candidate will participate in an on-call rota for Cowal Community Hospital, typically 1 week in 7. A full valid driving license is required. Starting salary is £30,229 per annum for 37 hours/week, rising to £37,664. On-call payments are approximately £216.63 per week.
Long-term retention and recruitment premia (RRP) of approximately £4,469 per annum are currently attached, subject to review. Annual leave starts at 27 days, increasing to 33 days after 10 years, plus 8 public holidays.
