As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of others. Your passion for people will not only enrich their lives but also provide you with opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity within a brand new supported living service in Sandwich, where we have high expectations for our staff. You will receive comprehensive training locally before you start supporting individuals.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You will work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. We’re open to discussing flexible options such as nights only, weekends only, or part-time hours.
Role Responsibility

* Collaborate with specialists in multi-disciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.
While your primary focus may be on one individual, you may occasionally support others in need. Rest assured, you will receive the necessary training to confidently provide assistance, ensuring everyone receives the care they deserve.
