Plant Clerk (Factory Administrator) Kinnerton Confectionery, Fakenham Position type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40.25 Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off Days 06:00 - 18:00 Pay range: £27,500 /annum Breaks: 30 Minutes Paid, 30 Minutes Unpaid Create and manage documentation for production lines. Ensure accurate data entry into systems. Prepare and distribute various documentation packs for each shift. Oversee the Holiday booking system for managing holiday entries and absences. Monitor and answer the office phone, speaking with internal and external customers. Provide assistance to the Manager with data-related queries. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by department managers. Strong communication skills Good attention to detail for data entry Good organisational skills and time management Able to work independently and as part of a team Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and use MS Excel 23.5 days of annual leave.
