Field Representative
Salary: £27,550 per annum
OTE: £30,000 - £37,000 (including uncapped bonus)

The Role
You'll be responsible for visiting properties to carry out a range of field-based activities, including:
* Conducting pre-disconnection and meter inspection visits in line with company and industry standards.
* Engaging with customers to resolve issues, verify details, and negotiate fair payment solutions.
* Attending court hearings to obtain Rights of Entry Warrants.
* Supervising utility isolations alongside engineers and locksmiths.
* Reporting vulnerabilities, safety concerns, and customer feedback accurately and promptly.
* Ensuring visit reports are completed and submitted within agreed deadlines.
This role demands professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills - every visit offers an opportunity to make a genuine difference.
What You'll Need
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (maximum of 6 penalty points).
* Clean DBS record and no CCJs or IVAs.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience in debt recovery, customer service, or conflict resolution is desirable but not essential.
* A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
