Fantastic opportunity now exists for a Fitness Manager within a premium health and wellbeing report in Hertfordshire. Our client has a reputation for creating experiences that promote wellness and wellbeing within a luxurious environment.
As a proven Fitness Manager, you will be passionate about delivering the highest level of service to all members. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Fitness and Wellbeing operation, ensuring that the team is fully trained in all aspects of the department. You will also be responsible for providing high-end and exclusive personal training sessions tailored to a vast client base, supporting the development and delivery of fitness programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility and influence key areas of the business including: Personal Training, Individual Programming, Group Exercise, Secondary Spend and Health Screening.
* My client has a strong brand and reputation for service excellence which you will be focused on maintaining whilst delivering a number of KPI’s.
* Support the General Manager with regards to recruitment, training and development of fitness staff in order to achieve their financial targets
* Membership Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing members, enhancing overall membership experience.
1. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
* A background in fitness management or club management
* Highly driven and articulate with a passion for delivering the ultimate experience for each and every member.
* Strong commercial achievements with solid financial skills
* The ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels of the organisation through the development of strong relationships.
* A manager with charisma, drive and confidence.
