What You’ll Need
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner, ideally in pre-school
* Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Ability to support staff and manage daily routines
* A calm, consistent approach to early years care
What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day running of the pre-school room
* Support staff within the room and maintain consistent practice
* Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS
* Work closely with management as part of the leadership structure
