Job Responsibilities: Delivery of end-to-end training program to New Join population and up-skilling of existing advisor population Liaise with other trainers, Team Leaders and leadership when necessary Continually review delegate performance and learning, ensuring any coaching requirement is identified and additional support given Review and maintain all records, keeping them relevant and fit for purpose To feedback Training outcomes to delegates, in a timely fashion and take responsibility for updating Team Leaders on the progress of delegates learning journey, identifying any risks to the business To assess delegates progress by various means of assessment and provide feedback using advisor progress documents To provide delegates and Team leaders with timely, accurate and constructive feedback, progress and development areas Deliver additional one to one and group sessions as needed to meet the delegates needs Any other reasonable activities as directed by the Training Manager or Graduation Manager What you’ll need to have: You will be confident, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about the field of training and development Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate learners Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Outlook Able to work independently Ability to deliver feedback in an appropriate manner and record evidence of learners’ journey Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Boots Customer Services It would be great if you also have: Coaching experience A team-player approach, to effectively supports the training team, especially during busy periods Why Boots: At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
