* Lead Lockton’s Europe and support International Corporate social media channels; LinkedIn and Instagram, creating engaging and relevant content for audiences.
* Work closely with the social media agency and Head of Comms to evolve the social media strategy and playbook to optimise for results and current social landscape.
* Social media planning each week with evergreen and campaign content, developing a clear social media content calendar.
* Manage paid social media activities for key Corporate campaigns and to support B2B marketing initiatives.
* Partner with Marketing leads to develop social comms to support B2B business and marketing objectives, that are aligned to our social strategy.
* Work with HR and Talent teams to promote talent attraction initiatives, partner with ARGs to showcase Lockton’s activities.
* Own UK, Europe and International social media content plan working closely with stakeholders to populate.
* Evaluate social content performance across LinkedIn and IG monthly. Use insights to inform 4-week calendar, continuing to test, learn and optimise. Provide updates to the wider business on impact on a monthly bases.
* Support Head of Comms to develop CEO’s social calendar and content.
* Work closely with global team to ensure UK, Europe content requirements are considered.
* Partner with design and creative to create visually engaging campaign and content that is social first
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging platforms to continuously improve social media presence and performance.
* Use Canva to design basic social posts and copywrite said posts
Capture social first content on various Lockton event days to share on key social channels
* Web and Social Listening for trending content, conversations, topics, events, and news
* Real-time Monitoring of social channels to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues
Candidate Requirements:
* Significant agency-side or brand experience developing social media creative, editing copy, and engaging with an audience
* Familiar with CMSs such as Sprinklr
* Extensive knowledge of social media best practices
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
* Ability to design in Canva
* Proven professional experience of planning and managing social media channels
* Credible, with the ability to positively influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including business executives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with Flawless spelling and grammar
* Ability to work independently when needed, with effective collaboration skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
