Business Analyst - BA - Onetrust - Hybrid (Hatfield) - £600/Day
Currently working with a client who is at the forefront of powering the future of online retail through disruptive innovation and automation. My client is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is experienced in end-to-end implementations and implementing 3rd party risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the full project lifecycle for privacy and risk management tools (OneTrust or similar) from discovery to delivery.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Drive the implementation of third-party risk management frameworks, aligning with compliance and procurement policies.
4. Analyze and optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
5. Provide system configuration support, user training, and post-implementation reviews.
6. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data privacy and risk management.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the food retail or related sector.
2. Strong hands-on experience with OneTrust or similar GRC/privacy management platforms (e.g., TrustArc, LogicGate).
3. Demonstrated track record of end-to-end implementation projects involving privacy and third-party risk tools.
4. Deep understanding of third-party risk management concepts, vendor assessments, and compliance workflows.
5. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
