Cobalt is seeking a motivated Business Support Manager to help drive the delivery and growth of our in-house Property Service, you will play a key role in supporting our commitment to quality homes, excellent customer service and thriving communities. You will lead a team of resource planners and administrators, ensuring effective workforce planning and high-quality business support that maximises the productivity of operational teams. With a strong commercial mindset, you will identify opportunities for improvement and growth while maintaining excellent customer service and sound commercial management. You will address operational challenges, implement solutions and help establish best practice to improve efficiency, performance and customer experience. The role is central to maintaining operational compliance and ensuring the accurate, consistent delivery of all administrative and transactional processes across Property Services. By embedding strong processes and monitoring performance, you will help the team operate with confidence and reliability, supporting delivery of the safety programme. Above all, you will champion service delivery, building a team culture that recognises customers as key partners in shaping and improving Cobalt’s Property Service.
