Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with architects and other technologists to develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
* Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software.
* Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
* Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
* Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
* Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
