Fantastic brand-new permanent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, highly successful Energy, Data and Technology as an Entra Engineer (Microsoft Identity and Access Management).
This is a permanent position, the role will be based at Head Office in Surrey. There is hybrid working on offer, ideally a minimum of two days a week and the rest of the week working from home. There will be occasional visits to other offices and data centres in the UK, all expenses paid.
My client is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Entra Engineer to join a busy IT Infrastructure team. The focus will be the design, implementation, and management of MS Entra ID (formally Azure AD) and related identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
The aim is to move from on premise to a Cloud based solution, rolling this out across the whole business then maintenance of the technology within IT Security.
You will possess deep experience with Entra ID, conditional access policies, identity governance and integration with MS 365 and other third-party applications.
The Entra Engineer maintains the company network and security environments, recommending process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of the businesses IT Infrastructure.

Skills/experience and attributes:
* Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working with Entra ID/Azure Active Directory is essential
* Experience of the ‘build and design’ of Entra from scratch is essential (please note this isn’t an administration role)
* Experience of dynamic groups, role assignments and licensing
* Worked within an IT Infrastructure/IT Security environment
* Degree educated
* Intermediate of Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Happy to share your knowledge with other team members and junior members of staff
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Outstanding communication skills verbally and over email
* Participation of project planning groups
* Confident, professional, friendly manner
* Strong organisational skills
