Our EMEA Advertising Delivery team are looking for an adaptive, analytical and growth-driven Advertising Operations Specialist to join their team. You'll be working in a close-knit team, across our advertising partners both big and small, to implement campaigns and use your acquired technical know-how to help influence the future of our ads business. Core Responsibilities: Support and manage end-to-end campaign delivery process from campaign creation, planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting. Platforms including: display, programmatic, native, social, email and search. Working closely with our Commercial team and globally recognised brands to understand partner objectives and support the development of relevant advertising strategies. Supporting the asset production management of campaigns by collaborating closely with in-house/external creative teams and freelance resources. Ensuring assets are produced on schedule, within budget and fulfil campaign objectives. Traffic, Q/A and fully test all campaign line items, creatives and tracking. Identify possible risks to campaign delivery and put in place mitigation strategies. Detailed campaign analysis to ensure advertisers are meeting their performance goals and that revenue opportunities are being maximised. Provide varying levels of reporting on a weekly / bi-weekly / monthly or an end of campaign basis. Collaborate closely with Skyscanner Advertising Product Teams to provide feedback, test partners and support to develop new advertising products for Skyscanner. Supporting both Brand and Performance objectives, working across a wide range of clients from airlines to destination marketing organisations. Skills/Experience: Experience managing multiple clients whilst working at an agency, publisher or tech company. Strong communication skills used to influence and collaborate across both internal and external teams to deliver projects. Attention to detail and experience managing operational tasks in a digital environment. Previous experience working with Ad server platforms, Project Management tools, CRM tools, Content Management Platforms and Social Advertising Platforms. Data-driven, using analytics to guide campaign decision-making and optimisation. Previous experience using data visualisation and data processing tools. An understanding of growth marketing and the levers needed to launch and optimise campaigns successfully.
