We're recruiting for a hands-on Stock Controller to join a growing logistics operation in Borough Green & Wrotham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and running a tight ship. You'll be responsible for managing stock on a key operational area (mezzanine floor), working closely with logistics and technical teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. The Role Inventory Control Validate incoming stock and manage transfers (IN/OUT) Maintain accurate stock records across ERP systems Carry out stock counts and resolve discrepancies Allocate and manage storage locations Stock Handling & Distribution Process stock pick requests Support the technical team with parts and stock allocation Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and in real time Mezzanine Management Take full ownership of organisation and layout Ensure stock is clearly labelled and easy to locate Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety Operational Support Work closely with logistics and technical teams Help improve processes and efficiency Support delivery timelines and service levels ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in stock control, warehouse or logistics Experience using ERP / stock systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisation and ability to prioritise workloads Confident working independently and taking ownership Basic to intermediate Excel / IT skills Good communication skills Bonus (not essential): Forklift licence What's on Offer £27,000 - £29,000 salary 8% performance bonus 20 days holiday bank holidays Free meals and drinks on site Training & development opportunities Wellbeing benefits Free parking Why Apply?
