Property Manager - South RegionPermanent Remote with Travel across Central & South Looking to build a long-term career in property? I'm working with a growing, well-regarded property management business looking to appoint a Property Manager to take full ownership of a South-based residential portfolio. This is a progressive opportunity with real autonomy, responsibility and long-term development. You'll be on the road regularly, managing developments across the region and acting as the key point of contact for clients and leaseholders.What you'll be doing:
* Managing your own portfolio of residential blocks
* Setting and controlling service charge budgets
* Leading contractor procurement and overseeing works
* Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory obligations
* Chairing AGMs and client meetings
* Supporting and guiding junior team members
What we're looking for:
* Residential block management experience
* Strong knowledge of compliance and service charge budgeting
* Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders professionally
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
* Full UK driving licence
