About the Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth, enjoyable, and customer‑focused buying journey, ensuring clients find the ideal vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries through all channels (in‑person, phone, online).
* Provide a welcoming, professional, and pressure‑free buying experience.
* Match customers with suitable vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and finance options.
* Manage the full sales cycle including demonstrations, test drives, valuations, and paperwork.
* Ensure vehicles are presented to S&R Motors’ high preparation standards.
* Keep informed about the dealership’s frequently updated stock.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and compliance.
* Work closely with the wider team to help the dealership exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in car sales or another customer‑facing sales role.
Required Skills
* Strong people skills and ability to build trust quickly.
* Confident negotiation and closing skills.
* Good understanding of finance products and add‑on services.
* Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
* Full UK driving licence required.

Pay range and compensation package
£25,000 + OTE 60K
