At Care South, we are looking for an exceptional and experienced candidate to join us as our Registered Care Home Manager - based within the BCP area.
Salary: Circa £60,000 plus substantial bonus potential
We are a not-for-profit registered charity dedicated to helping people remain independent within the HOME and COMMUNITY they love.
Reporting to an Area Operations Manager, the Home Manager will have overall responsibility for managing the home, ensuring high standards of care practice, leadership, financial management, and recruitment. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements and fostering continuous improvement, including providing care in accordance with guidelines and supporting staff professional development.
We pride ourselves on creating a safe and caring environment where residents can live comfortably. This commitment is championed and supported at the Home Management level.
To be considered for this position, candidates must be qualified with a proven track record of managing a fully compliant home with at least a good CQC rating. We are looking for a dynamic, focused, and proactive leader passionate about providing person-centred care.
