The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (NQ - 3rd year). The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. You will engage in cross-border and U.K. restructurings and insolvencies across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support. Responsibilities: Assist in the management and execution of restructuring and insolvency projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings and insolvencies. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Required skills: Newly qualified (or due to qualify in March 2026) up to 3rd year of relevant experience in restructuring or insolvency. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes.
