The main purpose of the role will be to integratebusiness processes and applications across the organisation, whilsttaking responsibility for the implementation, development, andsupport of business software applications. Further day-to-dayactivities will include leading on system improvement;implementation activity; stakeholder engagement; process mapping;requirement elicitation; the identification and evaluation of newbusiness process opportunities followed by their integration intothe application architecture; business continuity; managing dataquality, control, and configuration; systems integration,functional and user acceptance testing; training anddocumentation.
Essential
* Software configuration and supportexperience.
* Some system testing experience (Beit functional, integration or UAT)
* Experienceof one or more - SQL Server database administration, SQL scriptingand/or the development of ETL process for data migration orinterfacing
* Demonstrable experience of workingwith Social Housing applications (Such as NEC/Northgate Housing,Civica Cx Housing/UH, MRI Orchard/Castleton Housing, CapitaOne/OPENHousing, Aareon QL, MISActiveH
* Excellent communication skills andstrong work ethic.
* MS Office 365 (inclusive ofWord, Outlook, andExcel)
Desirable
* Business/Systems Analysis experienceincluding stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, processmapping, process analysis andimprovement.
* Experience working in animplementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build,configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to installor upgrade commercial softwareapplications.
* Any support of core businesssystems covering finance, HR, CRM, andsimilar.
* Relevant certification (such as BCS,PRINCE2, Agile, vendor specific orsimilar)
