Your new role As a Supervisor on this major motorway project, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. You'll coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include planning works, conducting site inspections, resolving operational issues, and ensuring all activities adhere to strict safety and environmental procedures. You'll play a key role in keeping the project on track and supporting the delivery of essential maintenance and improvement works across the network.
