We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant Shirley nursery. This is a chance to work in a welcoming, purpose‑built environment featuring bright and spacious indoor rooms alongside outdoor play areas.
Competitive salary – up to £29,120 per year. We offer full‑time positions at 40 hours per week, with flexible working options: 4 days a week with one full day off (7:30am – 6:15pm) or 5 days with varied shift patterns.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
* Level 2/3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare
* A solid grasp of the EYFS and Statutory Framework
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Confidence to use your own initiative
* A genuine passion for early years education, shown in every interaction
