Our client is looking to recruit a Head of HR with a specific focus on ER.
1. CIPD qualified HR consultant with experience across in house and consultancy roles;
2. Experience of running a team of junior to mid-level HR / employment associates
3. Strong track record of winning work and converting leads
4. Client ethos and the pursuit of excellence in service levels
5. Experience of using a tech platform to help improve the client experience within employment law sector
6. Good commercial acumen and ability to manage a budget / profit and loss
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Self-starter seeking flexibility and a truly autonomous role
The salary will be flexible for the ideal candidate
The role is Hybrid, but you must be based in the North-West of England
