Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth administrative functions, managing correspondence, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Responsibilities

* Handling incoming calls and booking appointments
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and post with professional phone etiquette
* Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
* Assist with data entry and updating information using Google Workspace,
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
* Support scheduling appointments and organising meetings
* Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
* Provide general clerical support to team members as needed to ensure efficient office operations

Skills

* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Google Workspace applications
* Experience with data entry and using accounting software such as QuickBooks is desirable
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Good understanding of administrative procedures and clerical experience
* Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
