We are working with a client based in Berkswell looking for a Paraplanner to join their team. We are seeking a candidate with good suitability report writing experience. The client offers flexible working arrangements, including 1 day in the office and 4 days remote.
Responsibilities:
1. Support clients and advisers by researching and analyzing client requirements.
2. Prepare new business files, collaborating with an external Paraplanner, and take full responsibility for client files and back-office IT records throughout the advice process.
3. Handle queries from clients and other parties effectively through communication.
4. Prepare client meeting files, including compliance documentation.
5. Assist clients in understanding the full potential of financial products.
6. Support existing client needs, including valuations, withdrawals, deceased clients, address changes, changes in circumstances, pension sharing orders, and DB schemes.
7. Provide support across all departments within the practice, including management.
8. Ensure adherence to end-to-end business processes and regulatory standards.
9. Analyze client requirements, develop cash flow models when appropriate, and accurately record client data.
10. Research and analyze financial products to meet client objectives.
11. Construct financial planning solutions covering investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning, supported by computer models and reports.
12. Prepare client reviews, update cash flow models, and produce performance reviews, reports, and discussion documents.
13. Previous experience in operations management within a wealth management environment is preferred.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
15. Experience with Client Relationship Management software, ideally Salesforce, is advantageous.
16. Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
17. Training on telephone and in-house computer systems will be provided.
