This is a full:time SEND Teacher position designed for a resilient and visionary educator. The successful candidate will lead a classroom environment tailored to students with diverse Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).
* Proven track record of working with ASC, ADHD, or SEMH.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

* Data Analysis: Ability to interpret student data to adjust teaching interventions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Tailor Lessons: Adapt the national curriculum to meet the specific sensory and cognitive needs of SEND learners.
* Liaise with Professionals: Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists, OTs, and Educational Psychologists.
* Monitor Progress: Maintain detailed records of student achievement and behavioural milestones.
* Manage Support Staff: Direct and mentor Teaching Assistants within the classroom to maximise impact.
* IEP Development: Create, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for all students.
* Safeguarding: Act as a primary advocate for the safety and well:being of vulnerable learners.
* Parental Engagement: Maintain consistent, positive communication with families regarding student progress.
* Behaviour Management: Implement positive behaviour strategies that promote self:regulation and focus.
* Inclusive Assessment: Design assessment tools that allow students to demonstrate knowledge through various mediums.
* Extracurricular Support: Contribute to the wider school life and the character:building ethos of the academy.
