KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Assistant for an excellent client in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Excel and be familiar with Sage and will support the finance function on a Part-Time (2 or 3 days) basis. Key responsibilities will include: Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit control Maintain debtor/creditor schedules Reconcile bank accounts, cash account, loan accounts and supplier statements Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets including fixed asset registers, accruals, prepayments, deferred income and stock Support payroll/pension preparation Monitor admin inbox and respond to finance related queries Prepare VAT returns Provide general administrative support
