Role: Teaching Assistant Location: M41 (Urmston area) Pay: £13.69 - £15.83 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm (Full-time, long-term) Start Date: ASAP The Role Reeson Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting in the M41 area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting both primary and secondary aged pupils with a range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted intervention sessions, supporting in the classroom, and helping pupils to regulate emotions, build confidence, and make progress. This role requires patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people who need extra support.
