Responsibilities
* Handling your own diverse and rewarding caseload
* Advising clients on wills, probate, powers of attorney, and more
* Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted adviser
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives to attract new clients
* Contributing to the evolution and success of our dynamic team
Qualifications
* 4-8 years' PQE in Private Client work
* Experience handling a variety of matters with professionalism and empathy
* The ability to manage your workload and know when to delegate
* Commercial awareness and a genuine understanding of what matters most to your clients
* Ambition, vision, and the desire to contribute to our team's success
* A collaborative mindset and the drive to support both clients and colleagues, Demonstrates strategic judgement and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex legal matters
* Exceptional organisational capability with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage caseloads effectively
* Communicates complex legal issues with clarity, authority, and appropriate sensitivity
