Annual salary: up to £28,000.00 Administrator Inverness – Office based Salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience Full time, 6-month FTC, 40 hours per week About the role: Due to a recent promotion, we are looking at hiring an Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator within our Inverness branch the main duties will be to provide administration support to our management team. This role is central to operational success and performance delivery. The successful candidate will be a key player in communications with Clients, our team and our Subcontractors/ suppliers. To liaise and communicate effectively with the stakeholders, client contacts and contractors to meet reactive task SLA’s, minimise penalty deductions across the relevant contract. Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of financial accounting. Compile meaningful periodic Reports and KPI’s information to Managers and Directors. Support onboarding of new sub-contractors and suppliers. To administer operational functions, communicating in a professional and effective manner. Provide admin and contract support, where required for other team members and managers. Dealing with incoming invoices from subcontractors. Daily reviewing of jobs both open and complete to ensure timeous payment. Administer and monitor third party and supplier contract periods. Notify reviews when due, obtaining and processing tender information for management review. To be willing to operate Mears IT and telephony systems. Role Criteria: Previous administrator experience Strong administrative skills Commercial awareness Excellent communication skills IT literate – Office 365 All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
