Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in bespoke Research & Development (R&D). Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of new product development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and R&D, to deliver complex, bespoke solutions.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project goals and requirements.
5. Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication across all teams.
6. Deliver progress reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering, manufacturing, or R&D sectors, with a focus on new product development.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Experience with bespoke or specialist products is highly advantageous.
6. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field would be preferred.
