We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy HR and OD team within a fast-moving, developing organisation. You will support the provision of an expert, efficient, customer-focused HR service to DSFS. This post will support the DSFS HR and OD Team in empowering line managers in good practice and contributing to DSFS becoming an employer of choice.
You will manage and support all aspects of sickness absence and attendance management within DSFS, as well as support informal and formal investigations in line with DSFS Disciplinary, grievance, and capability policies.
The post holder will significantly contribute to the operational HR and OD functions by supporting the Assistant Director of HR and OD in shaping the strategic workforce direction of DSFS and supporting the embedding of DSFS's strategic plan, vision, values, and policies.
Candidates should have or be working towards a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management or hold equivalent experience, and possess a degree or similar experience in HR, supporting line managers in delivering the HR agenda. Experience in employee relations policies and processes, including managing absences and case work effectively, is essential.
