Job purpose/summary: The Inside Sales Manager at Lec Medical plays a critical role in driving commercial performance across the business. This role is responsible for managing and developing key B2B customer accounts, driving sales and services within NHS accounts, supporting the external field sales team, and proactively developing new business opportunities across healthcare, laboratory, and other markets. The position acts as a central link between customers, field sales, and the wider team within Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) to ensure excellent customer experience and sustained revenue growth. Key Accountabilities and decision ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, including NHS, private healthcare, laboratories, and distributors. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within a CRM type system, ensuring the Sales Pipeline visibility, contact databases and forecasting accuracy are regularly updated. Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on campaign leads, contribute to go-to-market initiatives and update Lec Medical LinkedIn page. Provide product guidance and application advice to customers, escalating technical queries where required. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Ensure a high standard of customer service, supporting retention and long-term account growth. Commercially minded and results‑driven, with an appreciation of margin and profitability considerations when identifying opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers at all levels. Well,‑organised and detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy in quotations, CRM data, and sales pipeline management. Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to learn new products, systems, and markets. Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, reflecting Lec Medical and GDHA values in all customer and internal interactions. Candidate Profile: Experience in an internal sales, account management, or customer-facing role Demonstrable diligence in managing quotations, CRM data, sales pipelines, and forecasting. Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM‑based sales systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers at all levels.
