Come and join our award-winning teams – We are recruiting a Chef/Cook for a prestigious new city centre office development in Edinburgh.Rate of Pay: £28,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)Location: Edinburgh, EH3Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees
2. Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefs
3. Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts
4. Recording and reducing food waste levels
5. Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities
6. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
7. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
